Senior Architectural Technologist SAGE Architects – Dunvegan, Edenvale

We're SAGE Architects, a well-established practice based in Dunvegan, Edenvale. We are renowned

for designing high-quality car showrooms and motor vehicle dealerships across South Africa, while

also delivering a wide range of projects – from large-scale industrial, retail, and commercial

developments to smaller residential extensions, renovations, and more. Our team consistently brings clarity, precision, and innovative design to work nationwide.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our studio and play a key

role in this diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation

• Coordinate drawings across disciplines (structural, HVAC, etc.)

• Manage project stages from concept to council submission through to site handover and

  completion

• Liaise with contractors, and consultants

Requirements

• National Diploma/Degree in Architectural Technology

• 3–5 years' experience as a Senior Technologist

• Revit proficiency (3–5 years) – essential

• Strong drawing coordination and critical thinking skills

• SACAP registration (preferred)

• Driver’s licence and own vehicle (advantage)
