Job Summary:

The Senior Architectural Technologist is responsible for managing architectural projects, guiding junior staff, and ensuring high-quality design outputs. This role requires strong client engagement, leadership abilities, independent work ethic, and collaboration within a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through execution.

·         Guide and mentor junior team members and oversee their outputs.

·         Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

·         Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to solve design and technical challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications:

·         Formal qualification in architectural technology, architecture, or related field preferred.

Skills:

·         Strong communication and client engagement skills.

·         Leadership and mentorship abilities.

·         Independent work ethic with accountability.

·         Proficiency or willingness to learn Archicad and Lumion.

·         Problem-solving, teamwork, and organisational skills.

Experience:

·         5–10 years of experience in architectural or interior design projects.

Working Conditions:
