JUNIOR ARCHITECT OR TECHNOLOGIST

Venui Architects is looking to hire a new employee. They should have the following basic criteria-

·          a Junior Architect or Technologist with at least 3+ years experience.

·         Tasks will include site supervision, site measuring; council documentation; 3D rendering, basic designing, etc.

·         Must be able to manage themselves and be an all-rounder, as we are a small office.

·         Essential computer proficiency should include Revit, Lumion/Twinmotion(or similar rendering programs); Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel etc.

·         IT Computer skills will be an advantage

·         Must be able to demonstrate skill in the design development process and must be able to translate a sketch design into a working drawing.

·         Show an understanding of basic detailing of buildings.

·         Some Hospitality or Residential experience a plus.

·         Some Experience in Site Supervision and Contract Administration

·         Able to attend (not necessarily lead) meetings and be confident yet professional in their abilities and knowledge

·         Good communication skills.

·         Have pride in their work and themselves.

·         Must have a valid driver’s license.

·         A drawing portfolio will need to be provided (renders and council / construction documentation)
