Type: Full-time (Initial 3 months in-office, thereafter hybrid)
Job Summary:
The Draughtsman is responsible for producing accurate interior and architectural technical working drawings to support design and construction projects. The role requires strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed technical drawings for architectural and interior projects.
· Interpret and translate design concepts into accurate plans and specifications.
· Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical drawings meet project requirements.
· Maintain drawing documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
· Contribute ideas to improve workflows and solve technical challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications:
· Formal qualification in draughtsmanship, architecture, or related field preferred.
Skills:
· Strong technical drawing and documentation abilities.
· Proficiency in Archicad and Lumion is advantageous (training provided if needed).
· Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail.
Experience:
· 3–5 years in draughtsmanship, preferably in architectural or interior design projects

Working Conditions:
