MMA Design Studio is looking for talented, ambitious and design-driven individuals to join our Johannesburg studio.

Hybrid (combining in-studio collaboration with remote working)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented recent Master's graduate in Architecture with demonstrable design flair, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to producing architecture of a high conceptual and visual standard.

The successful candidate should be comfortable exploring ideas through a broad range of architectural design, graphic, digital and AI-assisted design tools.

Key Requirements:

• A recently completed Master's degree in Architecture

• Strong conceptual and architectural design ability

• A high-quality design portfolio demonstrating creativity and design thinking

• Excellent graphic communication and presentation skills

• Confidence working across a range of digital design and visualisation platforms

• An active interest in emerging AI-enabled design and creative workflows

• A collaborative attitude and commitment to developing professionally within a design-focused studio
