The SA Law Reform Commission’s envisaged new National Disability Bill went out for Public Comment on the 1st October 2024. It will establish new and unprecedented rights for persons with disabilities, new and unprecedented duties toward them for all role-players in the built environment, new practice opportunities as well as new non-compliance consequences.
