Capacity Building Seminars on the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act.

The object of the capacity building program is to sensitize all the roll players in the Building Environment about their legal responsibilities in terms of building applications and to clarify any misconceptions that might exist. After the conclusion of this workshop the participants should be able to submit building plan applications to the local Authority that are both correct and which should be able to conform to the expedient approval of the building application and that the correct procedures in terms of the NBR are followed.
