I would like to assist practitioners in perceiving and running their practice as a bona-fida business. The topics to be discussed are relevant to new or old practices, and may cast some additional light or alternative views on some of the challenges we all face as practicing architects as businessmen. Hopefully these ideas will be useful as either money making or money saving strategies.

This is the stuff that was not covered in the Professional Practice course at Uni. It is a nourishing mix of strategy, insight, legal obligation, professional compliance, and business acumen, served with a large dollop of hard knock experience. I hope you find it highly valuable, at least re-assuring, and hopefully entertaining.
